We've owned two Bugs, a Passat, a Toureg TDI, a Jetta TDI, and an Alltrack. We have loved them all. Over the many years, Bill McGrath has taken such outstanding care of our service needs for all our vehicles. He and ALL the team are just awesome to work with, but we've primarily worked with Billy for our service needs. He is so diligent, extremely pleasant and works at a customer service level that elevates the VW experience for us. Great service experience I called up for a check engine light. I got an appointment when it was convenient for me. There happened to be snow in the forecast for that day. I I called up for a check engine light. I got an appointment when it was convenient for me. There happened to be snow in the forecast for that day. I got there early, they dealt with the problem and got me out just before the snow started. While there, I was able to use the WiFi to work, and enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee. All in all, a great experience. More
