Sunday Afternoon - Dino Helped Me Sunday afternoon I was driving and noticed a Indicator Light lit up on my dashboard. Stopped in a parking lot and looked at my manual. Manual stated to drive car very carefully and bring it to a dealer. I called Colonial Volkswagen and spoke with Dino (sales). I told him that I had a problem with my car and I needed to bring it in, but I also needed transportation home since we only have one car. Dino was driving into work and told me he would call back in 10 minutes as he needed to check to see if I could get a loaner. He called me back and found a loaner. When I went to drop off my car, I was treated very nicely by Dino. He even turned on the air-condition in the Loaner so I would be nice and cool and a hot day. I am very greatful for all DIno's help. You usually would not find such help on a Sunday afternoon. Colonial Volkswagen has treated us very well for the past several years that we have been their customers. More

Great Experience Buying Here Using USAA Car Buying Service I first shopped cars on the USAA app's car buying service. I spent a day with appointments at various USAA-certified dealerships to test drive specif I first shopped cars on the USAA app's car buying service. I spent a day with appointments at various USAA-certified dealerships to test drive specific cars. This was the second stop out of four dealers that day. Within a couple minutes of arriving, salesman Mike Lodowsky had the keys in my hand, and I was in the car for a test drive on my own. He even encouraged me to test drive it to my house so my wife could check it out. He offered to answer any questions should I have them. After the test drive, I knew I liked the car far better than any from my first stop. But he held the car for me with a $100 check and I went on my other appointments. I returned asking to test drive again. He simply gave me the keys and I was on my way again. He happily honored the USAA discounted price guarantee certificate when I returned, and we had a deal. It was a holiday, and they were busy, so he convinced the sales manager to process the transaction so I wouldn't have to wait for the office person. We arranged for my pickup two days later. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was parked up front, all washed and ready. The new tags were already on the car. The inside had been cleaned very well, and every detail was in order. I was literally in and out, and I drove off in my car in less than five minutes. This is because Mike got to work early and made sure it was all done immediately. From beginning to end, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I also truly appreciate that Sales Manager Neil Finch stepped up to process the transaction to get me out the door. More

He helped me get approved for a loan with a better interest rate than I had ever imagined! The whole process was so easy! That same day I drove off in my new 2017 VW Jetta GLI and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I am new to the VW family and was interested in looking at both the Allt I had a pleasant and easy negotiation with Jason on a new 2017 VW Passat SE. I am new to the VW family and was interested in looking at both the Alltrack and the Passat. Jason showed me the cars and went out for a test drive with me. The only thing that was probably lacking was a walk through of the features of each. The finance department went quick when I finally got in there, it just took an awful long while to go from agreeing on the deal to actually getting to sign the papers (think hours here). I know it takes a while to get in and out of a dealership to buy a car, but, this ate up an entire day. I am glad they are doing so well that they have hours long backups for signing deals. It means they must be doing something right. I took one star off because of the length of time that I had to sit in the dealership waiting to sign the purchase agreement. Pros: Courtesy, selection, nice showroom, fair trade in values, responsive to questions, Volkswagen! Cons: Hurried, Didn't sell the features to me until after I purchased the car. I guess maybe because VW has such a loyal customer following people are familiar with the trim levels and options available. This was my first VW purchase so I was looking to be guided a bit more as I've been a Subaru customer for years now. More
