Had high hopes for VW Medford under its relatively new leadership. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from previous years of experience at VW Medford, MA where dealership service profits overshadow client leadership. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from previous years of experience at VW Medford, MA where dealership service profits overshadow clients’ safety and assistance. For instance, our lives were in jeopardy after service manager refused to service vehicle after a warranty claim. We even offered to pay full price as long as the issue was repaired to assure safety. Manager was still unwilling. Shameful!! More

I've been getting my Jetta serviced here since 2017, and in my experience the service department has always been exceptional and trustworthy. I recently had a check engine light that took a long time to dia in my experience the service department has always been exceptional and trustworthy. I recently had a check engine light that took a long time to diagnose. Chris and the service team did a very thorough job checking everything and provided a loaner vehicle for me to use while they tracked down the issue. They ended up fixing the root cause and also replaced a few extra parts free of charge. More
