He was incredibly helpful and when I mentioned I would like to see a Highlander, he found two on the lot and explained in depth the differences between both. He was very knowledgeable regarding my current lease termination and introduced me to Frank Pratts, one of the general managers, who was also pleasant, knowledgeable and very forthcoming with information and guidance, as well as expedient. I was shocked that I was able to pick up the car that very afternoon. No haggle, no guesswork doesn't even cover how easy it was!
