Worst first experience! The vibe I got from our sales person and another, is the attitude that Toyotas sell no matter what so they don't have to care about people that much. The vibe I got from our sales person and another, is the attitude that Toyotas sell no matter what so they don't have to care about people that much. I posted an inquiry for a Grand Highlander Hybrid 2 days ago and received a call from Steven Reyes, fixes an appointment for today for a test drive. Visited the place with my wife and kid, on time, and Steven arrives 15 minutes late. Doesn't ask much, just the vehicle type and trim which he bites down, goes to grab the car. Over 30 minutes and 2 inquiries later he comes with the regular smaller Highlander, and doesn't even bother to mention it. We only realized after finding the 3rd row was too narrow and smaller luggage space. When asked he says that's the only hybrid they have and it drives the same. We refused a test drive obviously as it serves no purpose. Then he goes to bring a Grand Highlander that's already sold, so we aren't allowed to test drive it. More than an hour at this place and it was a complete waste of time. Eddie from sales was trying to help us during the other guys long absence and was indeed helpful. I would recommend Eddie or anyone else for that matte other than Steven. More
Absolute most traumatic buying experience of my life. They changed the price of the car without telling me, by $1911.92. Then proceeded to ghost me for 4 days to discuss this scam. Everyone I talked to h They changed the price of the car without telling me, by $1911.92. Then proceeded to ghost me for 4 days to discuss this scam. Everyone I talked to had a different story as to what the change represented. Nobody was on the same page. Then a so-called sales manager called me, screaming and yelling over the phone like I was a child. Talking to Jeff Sussmen and Sarah Crabtree did nothing. I did get $1000 back but as far as I'm concerned they still owe me $911.92. I hate that I bought the car here. PTSD trigger everytime I get in the car or see thier fake commercials on TV. I'm 72 and disabled. I hope they sleep well at night. More
