I brought my car in for service that was covered under warranty, however they had the car for a full day and did not tell me until the end of the day they did not have the parts until the end of the day. warranty, however they had the car for a full day and did not tell me until the end of the day they did not have the parts until the end of the day. I went the entire day with no car. I had to bring it back for another day to have the work done, again losing my car another whole day. Neither of these days do they offer a loaner, just an uber ride to and from. I would have been fine with that had they not used an entire day keeping my car for nothing to only tell me they did not have the parts. I had taken my car to a local shop beforehand not knowing what the problem was thinking it was my brakes, and they were the ones who suggested I go to Nissan it was not my brakes but a warranty issue. Before I left Nissan, they were telling me both front and rear brakes needed replacing and the car has 20K miles on it. Jonathan however was great, he was very helpful. More
