The best service in every department. Laura is my go to gal but all the others at the service desk are fabulous as well, knowledgeable, friendly, and treat you as family. The process of originally scheduling my appointment with Colonial Nissan of Medford wasn’t very sensical. I had to come in with my vehicle for an “inspection” before the recall could be scheduled, even thou Colonial Nissan of Medford wasn’t very sensical. I had to come in with my vehicle for an “inspection” before the recall could be scheduled, even though I had just got an inspection at another site, and when I arrived it was a 5 min process of me giving info and signing a paper. I appreciated the quickness but I believe that step could’ve been skipped for convenience. Other than that, the service team was awesome! The best experience I’ve ever had. They were kind, transparent, and great at communicating via phone. While I’m in the greater Boston area I will likely continue to come to this location for services. Their flexibility for weekend services is also favorable! More
