I was disappointed that your website registration for service did not alert me that the time I signed up for was not really available. I had arranged my day around the time that I thought I had reserved service did not alert me that the time I signed up for was not really available. I had arranged my day around the time that I thought I had reserved, only to find out the afternoon before (late) that I really did not have an appointment. Your website is lacking if it cannot alert someone using it that the time is not available even it it accepts the registration. When I discussed this shortfall in the website, the person I spoke with did not understand my complaint, and basically said it was my fault for not following up. That is not my understanding of how a website scheduling app should work. If it allows me to make an appointment, I don't think it is incumbent on ME to re-confirm an appointment. More
