We loved the car but Nilo understood our desire to check out other makes and models—and told us we'd be back. And after test driving many other cars at other dealers, we came back the next day! I originally went to Colonial to test drive 2019-2020 Murano's The Staff was friendly and attentive. I test drove the two neither of which I bought largely due to their cosmetic conditions-vs-price. I made it clear to the sales staff that I was interested in buying in Medford where I live. Three weeks later I purchased a 2020 Murano at Bernardi in Wellesley that fit my needs; Up until that point, I kept checking daily on-line at Colonial but didn't see what I wanted. I needed a car. One month into owning my Murano, the car notified me that it was time to change my oil and filter. I called Bernardi and spoke with my Salesman who promised me during the purchasing process that they had the best service, about an oil change , the cost and how to go about scheduling. I told him that I wanted to get this done before the New Year and that I was off on Friday. He told me that he'd call me back....Thank God I didn't hold my breath. I went on-line and scheduled my service with Colonial. I received a call back almost immediately and we confirmed the date and time. I dropped the car off on the day scheduled and was made to feel welcome as I sat in the customer service waiting room watching The God Father II with a very nice partially deaf couple from Everett. If I continue to use the services of a Dealership and remain in Medford, I will come back for service at Colonial again More

When I bought the car I realized that the touchscreen display wasn’t working. Jonathan told me that he will make an appointment to have it fixed for me . Now it’s been more than a month, he never called or made me an appointment, they never fixed my car . Even when it was still on the 30 days warranty. Update : after leaving the review the manager called me next day and ask me to bring the car to get fixed. Car has been in service for a week. Will update this review later when I get the car . More
