If there’s a recall on a part, and accept my car into the shop for said recall, why don’t you tell your customers that you don’t even have a “repair” for it? I waited 2hrs for them to tell me that there’s no shop for said recall, why don’t you tell your customers that you don’t even have a “repair” for it?
