I don't normally go to Colonial to get my car serviced and I was really hesitant about going to its service center, but i needed to get my car checked out. My hesitancy was mainly because of a previously and I was really hesitant about going to its service center, but i needed to get my car checked out. My hesitancy was mainly because of a previously subpar experience I had with them, in which they stated they fixed the tranmission issue that my previous car had and I realized pretty quickly while leaving the lot that they didn't. Car shook like I was driving through an earthquake. They would've known that had they actually driven the car. So, my hesitancy was valid. Anyway, the man at the service desk was really nice and welcomed me warmly but my issue is with the technicians/mechanics who looked at my car. They didn't fix the issue that I had come to them for and pretty much said there was no flapping sound coming from my car, but a grinding sound, even though I repeated stated there was. I suspected the flapping sound was a worn fan belt but they said it was broken heat shield clamps that was possibley causing the noise. It wasn't. They "fixed" the issue but as soon as I left the lot the car was still making the noise so I knew for certain they didn't throughly look at my car, which I paid $185 to have them "diagnose" the problem. Rather than going back and telling them the issue was not fixed, I just went somewhere else, and they replaced the fanbelt for me. I didn't want to deal with that headache again. So, after all that I learned my lesson, and I won't be using the Colonial Nissan of Medford Service Center anytime in the foreseeable future. I don't know, maybe I just have bad luck with them but I won't be coming back. More

At first your staff were professional and when I came back, I was met with attitudes and seemed like no one wanted to help me and the service center literally had me standing for over 20 min. Before actu back, I was met with attitudes and seemed like no one wanted to help me and the service center literally had me standing for over 20 min. Before actually getting help from the guy who acted like his phone was more important. Since I had the serpentine belt changed, the (professional) mechanics didn’t install it right, which a week later my car completely broke down. Luckily I got a new car and I can say that I will NEVER deal with Nissan makers and/or this specific location. Maybe you mechanics need more training, who knows More
