You contacted our service director Alex he asked you to bring the car in, he did tell you he was sorry for any inconvenience he would be happy to help in any way. He told you it would be taken care of ASAP. You decided you did not want to bring it back, and i could understand that. We did say we were sorry, we would not want to put anybody in danger, when you did talk to Alex ( your exact words to him were things happen and you wanted to bring it to his attention). Joe, Alex didn’t apologize, he did not take responsibility and he did not ask me to bring the car for check up. Instead he was saying your tire might have been loosed because somebody must have tried to steal your tire. I have been coming to colonial Nissan since 8 years and I am disappointed with the service. I understand mistakes can happen but Alex did not take the responsibility of the mistake Pradeep Mahale
