When I decided to replace my 19 year old Forester, I DREADED going through the car shopping/buying process. After he answered my many questions, I abandoned my plan to visit other dealers to see more cars. Jonathan explained and navigated me through the insurance and registration procedures. There was no owners manual in the car, so one was ordered. When I picked up the car, without a manual, Jonathan took the time to explain/demonstrate the car’s controls and features. When the manual arrived a week later, it was driven to my house, saving me a trip back to the dealership, a courtesy I appreciated. So my overall car replacement experience was much easier and more positive than anticipated. Colonial Nissan provided friendly, knowledgeable service clearly oriented toward customer satisfaction.
