Ran my credit 4 times Before i apply for the car loan, i ask the seller how many times they will be running my credit, and he told me "ONCE", guess what? Colonial Ford fixed what another Ford dealer could not fix. I purchased my 2011 F-250 from a Ford dealer in the Watertown area. Within one year there was an electrical problem (air bag light). That dealer had I purchased my 2011 F-250 from a Ford dealer in the Watertown area. Within one year there was an electrical problem (air bag light). That dealer had my truck for three days and could not solve the problem. Ultimately, I gave up on them and put up with additional minor problems they created. Recently I brought the truck to Colonial for 60,000 mile service, front suspension work and, perhaps they could fix that original electrical problem. Mechanic Bobby identified the work believed to be required. Service rep called with explanation of work and price estimate. Solving the electrical problem turned out to be far more complicated than thought. Many additional houres were spent by this talented mechanic. No craftsman likes to repair other peoples' mistakes. However, Bobby solved the problem and I was pleasently surprised that the bill was only what was estimated. I was not charged at all for the many extra hours required to complete the work. Nice! More
