Quick and helpful! After having searched for close to 2 weeks I came across Colonial Ford. I made the hour drive out to Danbury and was immedialty greeted by Rick. After After having searched for close to 2 weeks I came across Colonial Ford. I made the hour drive out to Danbury and was immedialty greeted by Rick. After having 2 bad experiences and limited time, I told Rick he had 90 mins to make this deal or I was leaving. Approximately 45mins later I was signing the paperwork for my new truck. Rick was very down to earth, didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want, and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I’ve already recommended Colonial Ford and Rick to my family, friends and coworkers. More

Lack there of communication, poor salesmanship, poor service My original salesman never returned my phone calls and ended up being juggled between multiple sales people with different answers to my questions and My original salesman never returned my phone calls and ended up being juggled between multiple sales people with different answers to my questions and concerns. Purchased a used vehicle from here July 2016. Before picking up the vehicle, work was written down to be done before having me come down to the dealer. Arrived at the dealership the day of the sale and the work was not done. Waited 2 weeks for the part only to drive all the way down there to hear it was the wrong part ordered. They ordered the "correct" part, drove down to the dealer and again, wrong part. Car had to stay overnight a few days. Work was eventually completed. Drove the car off the lot with a severe oil leak, and NO rear brakes whatsoever. Rear rotors were cracked, brake pads were metal scraping the rotor, and both rear calipers were sticking. SO much for their 100+ point inspection. Was quoted over $2,000 for the oil leak repair, and $600 for the brakes. I ended up doing the brakes myself and to this day have this oil leak. I do NOT recommend this dealer to anyone, they don't inspect their used cars, not sure about now. Was looking for a way better experience purchasing my first vehicle from a dealer. I will NOT be returning to this Ford dealer. More
