After glancing at the vehicle, I walked into the showroom and consider myself lucky that Jack was at his desk near the door, since my entire interaction with him was excellent! Some of the other salesmen seemed a little pushy/cranky - maybe it was just an off-day? Everyone I worked with was very professional and pleasant.
