On the day my car arrived, my dealer Tom Spegnolo called me to say that there were minor damages to the car upon arrival and did not want to put me in it. He immediately found a replacement and I now have a brand new Ford Fiesta. The car is full of features that I still have to learn, but Tom said to call him anytime I need something explained. Great customer service hands down! More

Appoximately 3 weeks ago I was scheduled to get an oil change on my Ford Fusion and entered the sales portion of Colonial Ford of Danbury instead of t Appoximately 3 weeks ago I was scheduled to get an oil change on my Ford Fusion and entered the sales portion of Colonial Ford of Danbury instead of the service department. Upon my arrival, I was met by a staff member who informed me of my GPS error. They proceeded to get a tech and pulled the car to the service side. While i grabbed a drink of water, I was approached by Darren Beylouni. He asked if i was being taken care of and I replied yes and then mentioned that I was also in search of a new van for my company.Darren proceeded to introduce me to Kevin Elston and assured me I was in good hands. I described the type of van I was looking for and Kevin proceeded to look through their inventory. They found a new 2016 Ford Transit that they had in stock, after test driving the vehicle I informed Kevin of my budget, which unfortunately the new Transit did not fit in. I told Kevin my max dollar amount and mileage on a used transit that would be acceptable. Twenty minutes later, he and Darren had found a match. It was actually to easy, I wasnt quite prepard, at this juncture Kevin explained that they are in business to make deals happen not to waste anyones time. I really appreciated this direct line of communication.When the vehicle shipped Kevin let me know that there was a few scratches to the interior counsel and that they had dropped the price several hundred dollars to adjus, from this point moving forward Kevin went out of his way to keep me informed of some mechanical and cosmetic work being done to bring the vehicle up to a very high standard. I cant say enough how impressed Iwas with the entire staff at Colonial Ford. There is a serious lack of professional customer service these days, but Colonial Ford aspires to buck that trend. In our busy lives we often miss these opportunities to thank the people who actually make our lives easier and help us towards our goals.I"d like to thank Colonial Ford and especially Kevin Elston in moving me 1 step closer to my business goals. The trade in value for my car was met and when I forgot some of my personal belongings in the car I traded, Bill was nice enough to UPS it to me. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend this dealership to anyone looking. More

In 2010, purchases a 2010 Focus where Bob Simonelli and Pat Stavola worked with me. Then in 2013 Bob helped me upgrade to the 2013 Fusion as a lease in which again Pat Stavola helped me with the electronics of the vehicle. And as of this weekend, since my lease was coming to an end, Dave Gillotti help upgrade me to the 2016 Fusion. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. More

I found a deal at CF that I couldnt pass up. 2011 Focus SE with only 35k miles on it for under $10,000. My father and I worked with Mike on the deal and it was great. Mike & Jason(if i'm correct) made it so simple and easy. Given that you already understand how you're going to pay for the car, the entire process can be over in a matter of hours. Plus, I live in NY and i didnt have to go through any hoops. The CF team sent me my registration documents in the mail after 3 business days. I couldn't be happier with how things have worked out. After driving about 500 miles in the new car already, its running just as great. Feels almost brand new. I definitely recommend Colonial Ford & Mike Meyer has been working with my family for decades.
