So when I kept having issue I made an effort to get my appointment schedule through Danielle and though it took a couple attempts with 3 parts and two cables along with several computer reprograms, holding my breath I’ll say it’s fixed. Where do I begin, they're all amazing no matter what department! They are very welcoming. I personally like having a warm cozy feeling when I have to wait somewhere. They have it. I had a little mishap with my washer fluid not a big deal. I just like Rain X and they out regular in there. This again not a big deal but Anthony rectified this by comping me my oil change. Again, never needed but wow! There overall kindness is great! Our business works with Colonial Ford for parts and service on our company Navigator. Sometimes one department is different than another for customer service. All of the employees there are great and welcoming in any department. As long as I have a my Lincoln I will always travel to Colonial for my rides needs. More

Colonial Ford’s service department contacted us and asked us if they could do our warr I don’t like to be negative, but they deserve a bad review. Colonial Ford’s service department contacted us and asked us if they could do our warranty work. 2020 Ford Explorer St rear view camera and cat converter recalls. They said they have the parts and it’s all done in one day. Day 1 Dropped off car as requested, 830am. They said they would call us around 4. No call. Called back several times, 530 we got them on phone. Service advisor gone, tek gone, car not done, we will call in am. Day 2 No call am. After we called them several times they report to us the following; Car entered work bay at 130, not 830. The cat converter was not started, we think we have parts for it. Cat converter is a visual inspection, Ford says it’s a replacement. Blue screen part is in. Yet at 10 am on day 2 they hadn’t started the car early. Reason for that is tek is due in around 930. We went in and picked up the car. The free work they did to stop the squeaky window not done. Bottom line Colonial Ford Service Dept is 2nd rate and not worth Ford having as a dealer, imo. When they call you 6 times to bring in the car in and do them a favor to fill their service dept, it’s all about them. In this case, they got what they wanted, our car and about $2500 in billing to Ford. In this case we got the run around and witnessed a bunch of people who couldn’t find a common sentence amongst themselves to tell us what’s going on. Poor service, no communication and no respect for the customer. Goodbye Colonial, Hello Jannell Ford. More
