I was told I would be charged $60 for a lighbulb change to my L directional. Bruce Kelly texted me for any questions & I told him that about 6 mos. ago, I went to O'Reilly's & asked if they had the R. ligh to my L directional. Bruce Kelly texted me for any questions & I told him that about 6 mos. ago, I went to O'Reilly's & asked if they had the R. lightbulb. They found the lightbulb & the rep came out & changed it. He charged me $10. Colonial wanted $60. That made me wary of Colonial & their charges. I can't afford to pay high prices on a car that's 10 yrs. old. Otherwise, the visit was pleasant & the work was completed on my car. I'm happy with that. More
Colonial Ford and especially Shayne made buying my new truck an easy process. Unfortunately we both had to deal with Ford Manufacturing delays. It took Ford Manufacturing 8 months to get me my truck. It was a horrible experience from the start till the finish including picking up the vehicle. They added a maintenance plan on the paper work and never even asked me if I wanted it.
