Anthony always does a great job. I feel like the techs do a good job. My last visit I had stated my radiator fans stay on high speed. the tech replaced the expansion valve on my AC I feel like the techs do a good job. Unfortunately truck now shifts harder and clunkier more often very frustrating!!!! Service Dept always very helpful and addresses all of my concerns. There were a few issues that I had to turn around and return my vehicle however the team was very helpful and corrected the oversight very concerns. I was/am having trouble with a loose feeling in the front end of my 2018 F250. The service department couldn't have more diligent in finding the problem. They had checked everything over and determined that end of my 2018 F250. The service department couldn't have more diligent in finding the problem. They had checked everything over and determined that this was a normal condition. They even had me drive a truck one year younger and with 20k less miles. This truck did the same thing. While I appreciate the time and care to determine that my situation is in fact the "norm" with Ford F250's. I am very disappointed in the product. But please don't let this reflect on the dedicated staff at the Service Department at Colonial Ford...Great people. More
