Unfortunately I didn't get any names but both people we spoke with in Service were quite friendly and professional and answered any questions. I highly recommend colonial ford of Plymouth. I just bought my fifth vehicle from Dell and George. They are honest and very knowledgeable in the vehicles they sell.
