I gave 3 stars for both. Disappointed to say the least on the delivery and condition of the vehicle after receiving it. Had the right window motor replaced. Technician left g Disappointed to say the least on the delivery and condition of the vehicle after receiving it. Had the right window motor replaced. Technician left grease everywhere on the door, window, steering wheel and driver seat. Also part of the door panel is now cracked probably due to having to take the door apart. (Very noticeable on a tan interior!) Aren't seats covered anymore when brought in for service? Also had to put part of the trim back together. No follow up on voice message left or for a satisfaction call. Been a longstanding customer so shocked to say the least. More

Anthony was very professional and kept me up to date with my service as I waited. With the help of Mike Medeiros body shop manager I was able to complete the repairs needed to pass Massachusetts state inspe my service as I waited.
