What can I say? Both Joe (sales) and Brendan (Finance) were outstanding. They did everything they could to help get me into the new to me vehicle I was interested in Both Joe (sales) and Brendan (Finance) were outstanding. Was told the radio issue was fixed yet when I got in car at dealership the radio issue was worse than before. Service Rep was gone but the shop foreman (Carl) looked at it and agreed it was not fixed. Car at dealership the radio issue was worse than before. Car was at dealership for over 8 hrs 2 of which I waited at the dealership and I paid for a rental which resulted in now having to make another appointment. I called the very next day and explained the problem. They said they would call me right back _which they never did therefore I had to call once again the following day If I need another rental I definitely do not wish to pay for it this time. More
