Tina - THIS IS A FALSE REVIEW - I HAVE YOUR REPAIR ORDER SHOWING $0 CHARGED TO CUSTOMER -Colonial Ford of Plymouth spent 2.5 Hours diagnosing your 2012 Focus with TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND miles . The repair was declined for $475 to replace TPMS Sensors we also goodwill cleaned rear tone ring and ABS lights still coming on . The above conditions have nothing to due with the prior $850repairs performed . Please call me directly and I can assist if there is anything more you would like Colonial Ford of Plymouth to diagnose and repair . Ron Almeida 774-773-3536

Your tone proves my point. The 0 invoice you have is because I returned the vehicle wanted it fixed and after 3 hours, IT WASN'T. My original invoice is 890.00 for the rear brakes, 500.00 of it labor. I noticed on the invoice when I got home that the sensors STILL weren't done. I checked in the vehicle 3 times for the sensors. That should have been done first, then we could've discussed the brakes. I never questioned if they put the sensors in, since once again, that was my chief complaint and I assumed they were done. Picked up the car at 5:55 immediately noticed the ! light on but didn't go back in as it was too late. I don't know how much clearer I can make this. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT A FALSE REVIEW

Please call me- again the TPS sensor work was declined as diagnosed - the rear brakes were completed on your prior visit - The 2012 with 261,000 miles is going to continue to have multiple failures and issues going forward Call me for any help with an upgrade orTPS replacement discount if you would like - Ron Almeida
