Left service department crying as I have for 30 years. The receptionist must see this a lot because she had her box of tissue extended over her desk so I could reach one on my way out. I spend thousands and drive out of there with all warnings lights on and yes, the initial light I brought it in for, still on! I go back, sit 3 hours after being told "I got you." And then I listen to a million excuses and leave crying wishing I was a big man instead of an old disabled woman and beat the crap out of all of them, and yes, all lights are on. Service mechanic actually told me to put tape over the lights! P.S. They had the vehicle for 3 days the first time I brought it in. More
