I will not ever go back to this dealership after my negative experience with the service department, specifically Ernesto. I appreciate the service manager fixing the over charges, and listening to my negative experience with the service department, specifically Ernesto. DO NOT deal with the sales department here! They lie! Was planning on selling a 2017 f-350, and when getting quotes, the guys at colonial told me they would 100% beat the other offers I’d recei They lie! Was planning on selling a 2017 f-350, and when getting quotes, the guys at colonial told me they would 100% beat the other offers I’d received. Once I got the title in the mail, I called them to finalize the sale, and they told me a price 7,000$ LESS than they had said a few weeks ago. When confronted, all I was told is “yeah man, that’s the way it is”. Extremely unprofessional. Myself and our fleet will no longer be doing business here! More
