Danielle is amazing and her customer service is excellent! I had a persistent maintenance issue with my vehicle and had been to a couple different Ford places. By the time it was determined what wa excellent! I had a persistent maintenance issue with my vehicle and had been to a couple different Ford places. By the time it was determined what was wrong, my vehicle had just fallen out of warranty, so Danielle helped me work with Ford customer service to cover the costs, which I knew took extra time and attention. Then when the issue wasn't complely resolved and I brought it back in, she insured herself that the issue was fixed and that there were not any additional charges to me, which we greatly appreciated! More
