From my first contact with Joe I knew this was the gentleman I was going to order my new F350 Lariat. Throughout the process of going over my options and he never pressured me to buy other options. He gentleman I was going to order my new F350 Lariat. Throughout the process of going over my options and he never pressured me to buy other options. He had all the correct answers to my questions. When my truck finially came in he called and set up a time to come in. These new trucks are loaded with so much technology that it is pretty overwhelming. Joe spent at least 2 hours setting up my acct with Ford Pass and going over everything from the navigation to all the lighting zones and what ever I asked about. All I can say is I wished I bought trucks more often. Joe would be my salesperson. If you want a great experience then you need to go to Colonial Ford. All the people working there that I came into contact are great! More
