I ended up settling with a ford explorer and since purchasing have had absolutely no problems thus far, the car is flawless. I dealt with jake and he was very knowledgable although a tad quirky. He kept saying that he had friends and that he liked his vehicles with a little bit of spunk. I couldn't help but laugh at the way he said it, "the car, it's got spunk, it's a great ride, you can fit all your friends in it." Overall great vehicle, decent price, and hilarious salesman. great dealership I bought both of my cars from colonial ford. My last car was totaled so I was looking for a car for 2 months. I finally came across a 2013 Ford Focus I bought both of my cars from colonial ford. My last car was totaled so I was looking for a car for 2 months. I finally came across a 2013 Ford Focus for less than $10k and less than 50k miles on it. I dealt with jake Eldredge and he is a great salesman and willing to help you in any way he can and help you get in the car that you've been searching for. I also dealt with Shane Conroy who is the finance manager and he helped me more than necessary when it came to gap coverage with my last car that was totaled, as well as getting me into a beautiful car with no money down. I had the car for 2 weeks and there happened to be something wrong with the transmission. I dealt with Anthony Cristiani and he was very nice about the entire situation. They towed the car and fixed the entire thing for free as well as giving me transportation for the time my car was in the shop. My car runs absolutely beautiful now. I got an amazing price on my car and I am very happy with it. I have dealt with colonial ford for almost a year and a half now with two different cars, which I can say I know pretty much the entire staff at this point now. Almost everyone at colonial ford was helping me get into the car I wanted for the price I needed, in which they succeeded . They are all extremely friendly and willing to help in which ever way they can. So thank you to every one I encountered along the way! More

Sales Manager Dell Roderick introduced me to Sales Rep John Collas - Dell had apparently observed who would be the right fit for me as a salesperson - John and I seemed to understand each other from the start. After taking the time to speak with me about where I was coming from and where I wanted to go with regard to the car I had been driving and the one I wanted to drive, John showed me every car that I wanted to look at to help me narrow down the field to exactly the car I envisioned as my next ride. He highlighted features as we test drove a couple of cars, and he let me take my time to sort the options out, while ensuring that every question I had was answered completely. Thereafter, he and the Colonial Ford team could not do enough for me to ensure that all was in order for my purchase.
