They emailed me back right away with a price quote, I countered it and they accepted it. They were much lower in price than other dealers for the same car and I had two to choose from. I gave a deposit over the phone in a friday, viewed and test drove saturday and picked it up in tuesday. Everyone was easy to work with and not your usual salesman routine. I worked with Michelle over the email, Jake in person and Shane for financing. All wonderful. More

He had extensive knowledge of the Ford Mustang and was able to answer all of my questions. John went to great lengths to locate the car that met all of the criteria I wanted, promptly delivered on the vehicle and stayed in constant contact throughout. Dell was very professional during our negotiating and did well to break down the payments on the car so I knew exactly who was getting what. What I liked most about dealing with Ford is that the price you agree on is the "out the door price", tax, registration, delivery… everything! Very simple. They found me some great rebates and came down quite a bit on the asking price. I got a good deal. Shane took the appropriate time to explain all the paperwork as I signed for the car. There turned out to be a limit on how much I could put down but Shane and Dell established a viable solution and honored the price we had agreed on. More

On arrival, George introduced himself and then went to work trying to find just the right truck. On the first visit we struck out, but George continued the search and identified several trucks that were close to our needs. When we returned to look at the trucks George found, they either had something we did not want or was missing something critical on my list. George, guided us to throughout the selection process and we were finally able to find just the right truck. Shane helped complete all the paperwork and was extremely pleasant, especially given that it was past closing time. Within two days the truck was prepped, insurance, tag and inspection were all completed; so, when we arrived to pick up the truck all we had to do was get the key and thank George for the exceptional service.
