The original list price was a bit higher than what I saw elsewhere, but when I showed John my comparable he understood I was being fair and adjusted the price accordingly. The same is true for the value of my trade. When I explained that kbb had my car valued at more than they were offering, they adjusted their price as well. Now that I got through that part (which is the part of the transaction I hate), everthing went smoothly. John did a great job during the test drive explaining all of the features of the Escape and Frank got us through the finance process quick enough that we did not miss kickoff for the Patriots game. Buying a car can be stressful and a pain, but the guys at Colonial did what they could to make it as low pressure and easy as possible. More

We are astounded at what a great car we got for a GREAT price.
