Fred took great care of me taking down the details of exactly what I needed done and even made sure I had a ride to and from work while my truck was getting some extensive repairs and service. The truck was clean when I picked it up so I know care was taken to not get greasy finger prints or other soil on it. I have had other service technicians that have left grime on my steering wheel and greasy finger prints on the hood and doors. More
