The new truck was ready when planned and it took me less than 15 minutes to drop off trade and drive away in the new truck. A month later I had a small issue with the rear extra cab doors swinging into my service body. It was not the dealers fault but Dominic sent a driver to pick up the truck and after it was fixed they brought it to my door. Try to find that service. I have purchased many trucks over the years and Colonial Ford sets the bar. Well done. More

Best Car Buying Experience by FAR! Colonial Ford is by far the best dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from. I had just totaled my car hours before stepping foot in the dealership. Colonial Ford is by far the best dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from. I had just totaled my car hours before stepping foot in the dealership. I looked online at their inventory and saw a vehicle in my price range and it was exactly what i needed for my family. I was helped by Allan Palmer. I told him what i found online and i was quickly on the road for my test drive. Car drove great. Came back, talked numbers and they told me what they could do for me without checking my credit. I agreed to the numbers they came back with and within just a few hours i was signing all of the paperwork. I left with my wife to grab a bite to eat and while we were out the vehicle was registered and had an inspection sticker. From the time i stepped foot in there till i was able to drive away in my new car was a total of 5 hours. Incredible. I couldn’t believe how fast it all went. Every other car I’ve bought has taken DAYS to get the car. I will ALWAYS recommend Allan and Colonial Ford as my go to dealership. More

Even when they did not have the model with the exact options I needed - a rarely offered combination I was looking for - on the lot, they brought one in from a dealership 100 miles away without question. My salesman Allan was enthusiast to help me find the right truck without making me feel pressured, and kept me informed of the progress along the way. Respectfull,Knowledgeable, Forthright..Wonderfull experience I am 71 years old and buying this vehicle was the most thorough, educating process I ever had, due to the fact that the Colonial sales person Glenn Sm I am 71 years old and buying this vehicle was the most thorough, educating process I ever had, due to the fact that the Colonial sales person Glenn Smith and his sales manager Dell Roderick truly listened to my concerns and needs regarding making sure that I got thge right vehicle the first time. There was no pressure whatsoever, they answered alot of my questions with solid facts and provided options that I was never offered by any dealer before. After three trips going back and forth, taking my time to think over those options, I finally signed on the dotted line, walking away with a good feeling in my gut knowing I was making the right choice with the right people. During this past week there was alot of work to be done to the truck before I took delivery due to the special options I added on, they stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way as things progressed so I could plan on taking delivery, without having to back and forth. It is more important to me to be able to deal in the future with folks who truly go the extra mile before and after the sale.
