I have always enjoyed using this dealership. I trust my service advisor but suspect something went wrong this time. I spent 7 hours for 2 new calipers and 2 collapsed brake lines. It is my un I trust my service advisor but suspect something went wrong this time. I spent 7 hours for 2 new calipers and 2 collapsed brake lines. It is my understanding that the parts were not available at the dealership. My other belief is that possibly, when the parts came in, my place in line was thrown off and I became part of a backlog following the customers who showed up behind my appointment. More
