She goes above and beyond to make sure that fixing your car is the least stressful it can be (which is a hard task). She is always upbeat, and customer-orientated. The reason I come back is because of the amazing service and calm environment. I was blessed that Robbie was working and able to diagnose and fix my car in about 2 hours or less. He is for his customers and hands down another asset to Colonial. I feel that they truly want you to drive a safe and fixed vehicle and it's their mission to do so. More

Had oil change appt. 10:30am. Promised on phone it could be done by 2pm, because I had to work at 3:30pm. Dropped off in the morning, was also promised work could be do 10:30am. No reply. 2:15pm texted Ford. No reply. Went down to pick up truck at 2:45pm. Oil change and tire rotation hadn’t even started. Promised 10 minutes. Work finished 30 minutes later at 3:15pm. Late for work. Great that there was no charge for the delay, but delays really inexcusable. It’s an oil change and tire rotation. More
