I had called several local dealers to see if they could get my vehicle in for the recall. None of them would see my Expedition until after the first of the year. These people got me in the same week I call get my vehicle in for the recall. None of them would see my Expedition until after the first of the year. Took my ford escape to repair my hanging muffler, both side of muffler were hold by zip ties. Mechanic only repair one side and when I asked manager in charge he said oh i will order another part and neve side of muffler were hold by zip ties.
