My recent appointment went very well. I pulled a CARFAX on my Explorer - VID: 1FM5K8D83EGA23300. It showed the recent work done to the front-end, suspension and rear brakes, (9/15/23). BU I pulled a CARFAX on my Explorer - VID: 1FM5K8D83EGA23300. It showed the recent work done to the front-end, suspension and rear brakes, (9/15/23). BUT there was no mention of some of the other MAJOR pieces of work that have been done. The replacement of the transfer case, heater core & exhaust system, (including the catalytic converter), were NOT mentioned or listed. Do you at Colonial keep a maintenance record for my vehicle?
