I broke down on I-90 in Millbury on a snowy Sunday night, on my way home to NY in my old F150 (242,000 miles and counting). Phil Kallenberg at Colonial Ford assured me that their Service Team would do their best to get me back on the road. As busy as they were, Phil prioritized my situation so I could get home and not miss any more work than necessary. He kept me updated on the status of the diagnosis and repair options, and got me running again much sooner than I had imagined. I am so grateful for Phil's thoughtfulness in helping me out of a serious jam when I was far from home. He is a true professional and a gentleman. Thank you again Phil!! More
Bob Chandler does an outstanding job in the Service Department. My new Explorer came equipped with faulty struts. I originally thought that’s how new vehicle came that way.
