Desperately needed help! Great service department This was the first time visiting the service department for scheduled maintenance. I was impressed that they looked up my car in GM's database and le This was the first time visiting the service department for scheduled maintenance. I was impressed that they looked up my car in GM's database and let me know there were two recalls for my car. The only problem I have is not with the dealer, but with GM: I had not been notified of either recall. (Eventually, several days later, I was notified of the second recall, but not the first!) More
