Again scheduled a service appointment, in this instance an oil change and tire rotation using a promotional coupon. This included an airbag recall that I asked about as well. Paid over phone and mentioned I would be dropping in within 30 minutes to pick-up and my Tahoe was already staged out front, ready to rock and roll to get to another appointment I had scheduled.
