Terrible experience. I was told multiple times my vehicles would be ready by Tuesday, then when it wasn’t ready, they said it would be ready by Friday. When I was told it I was told multiple times my vehicles would be ready by Tuesday, then when it wasn’t ready, they said it would be ready by Friday. When I was told it still wasn’t on Friday. They said they’d call me Saturday morning. No call. When I called Saturday later in the day asking why they didn’t call, they said because it wasn’t ready and that the earliest I would receive my vehicle would be Monday. Ultimately it was top 5 worst experiences overall, especially from a communication standpoint. More

Took vehicle in for check engine light under warranty. Service guy told me it might cost me - did not like that since he had no idea. When I got car back check engine light came on again the next mornin Service guy told me it might cost me - did not like that since he had no idea.
