When I arrived at the dealership, I was concerned about being pounced on or having a pushy salesman encourage me to spend beyond my budget but that is the opposite of what happened. Joe and the sales manager, John were very pleasant and worked with me to choose the best car for me at a price I could afford. I would definitely recommend Colonial of Acton to friends and family. I have a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer which broke down while driving. They took me in without an appointment. They keep me informed with what was needed after the diagnostics were performed and I was back while driving. They took me in without an appointment. We have bought several trucks for our business over the years. Based on the level of personalized service and support we will never buy anywhere other than Colonial Chevrolet in Acton- This is a great fami years. When we visited the dealer they either had the vehicle we wanted or they would get it for us. The price was as good if not better than the mega dealers without the sales pressure on the floor. Because they sell so many trucks they always have the answers to our questions. I feel comfortable recommending these guys. They are not a big flashy dealership which may be why they can be so competitive. More

I bought a car here some time ago. The price was good on the car that I was buying. I was trading in a car, that was in primo condition and low mileage. I had to haggle with them for a long time to give m the car that I was buying. I was trading in a car, that was in primo condition and low mileage. I had to haggle with them for a long time to give me a decent price for my trade. The night before I'm going to pick up my new car, they called me and asked me to come in. They said that their wholesaler couldn't give them a good price for my car so they were offering now much less. They did offer to give me my check back. At this point I had the bank check in hand and just wanted to get the deal over with. They wouldn't come up on their offer. So I bought it, but it was a lousy way to do business. I had the trade in price in writing on the contract, then they changed thier mind. I wouldn't go there ever again. More
