My wife and I came to Colonial with little expectation of buying a vehicle that day. We were just browsing and pricing out both new and used Traverses for our next growing family vehicle. We dealt with Jim Keefe who put us into a used Traverse with low miles that met just about all of our family needs. Jim and the staff were great to work with and we felt very little pressure of buying a vehicle from them. Colonial was extremely flexible and willing to do what it took to meet our wishes of financing the vehicle under the terms we hoped for. We could not be happier with Jim or the staff at Colonial for such a great buying experience. We will definitely recommend Colonial to friends/family and go back for future purchases. More

My initial call was answered by Joe. He located a truck of my description within minutes. It was not on their lot, but another dealer. (My call to Ford and Toyota was not as productive. Dave is very nice to work with. No pressure, very patient, answered all my questions and made sure I understood all terms and prices. Luke Ealey, after visiting 10 dealerships, was a welcomed surprise. Above everyone I've met over the last 2 weeks Luke was by far the most friendly engaging enthusiastic person one could imagine.
