We had been to another dealer(not Chevy) earlier that day and could visibly see the difference in attitude between the sales person there and Joe. The previous sales person tried to explain everything that was wrong with our car and why he couldn't give us a good deal on it. The experience was however very positive and friendly with Colonial.
