Mike and Jim are extremely professional and attentive, and go through all of the steps from trade in to warranty to where the special features of the car can be found, with extreme thoroughness. They also answered every question I had promptly, and there were several. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Luckily, my sales person- Joe Pellegrini- and the rest of the staff, made me feel right at ease. I was not sure what kind of car to get or what I could afford and he was very patient, explaining everything from details of buying new vs used, financing questions and features of different vehicles. Ultimately, I chose to by a new Chevy Sonic and it was the best decision I have ever made. Joe was great and helped me consider the facts that I hadn't thought of. He was really listening to my needs and guided me towards making the best decision for ME, not just trying to make a buck. Tania is very helpful the sales guys are all nice- the process is still totally arcane and almost as bad as buying a house. Not this dealer's fault, banks fault and regulators fault.
