Best Car Shopping Experience I Have Ever Had I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved fo I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved for a car with out me having to drive the half hour distance. He sent me text messages and had me take a picture of my pay stub. That was extremely convenient because I didn't get bothered by a phone call at work and didn't have to risk driving there just for them to tell me they couldn't approve me. At the end of the day, I got a text from him saying that they had got me approved. I was shocked but still a little skeptical since other dealers have said that to me in the past. When I came in a couple days later, I was properly greeted at the front desk and was assisted by Luke. He was very humble and, being a younger lady, he did not make me feel intimidated in any way. In fact, I was at ease throughout the whole process. When all was finalized, I was put in a newer car with an exceptional rate and a monthly payment that I could not refuse. I don't know how they did it, but I can't thank them enough. When it was time to sign my papers I met with Shaune and it was a speedy end to my fantastic day.
