I had asked for them to put snow tires on, and they not only agreed, they gave me the best snow tires around and I am eternally grateful since this winter has been awful. After telling him that I had a Chevy Cobalt high on my list but the only issue was it was a 2-door, he promptly told me a 4-door was available, as well. I have to say I felt pretty lucky at this point, as I hadn't seen that on your website. But there it was! I felt comfortable on the test-drive. Talking with Don during the drive, I felt as if I'd known him for years. I'm proud and pleased to have the 4-door Cobalt, and with the mileage on the low side, I hope to have it for years to come. Special thanks to Frank Gordon and Michael Sparks. I had a Kia and the lease was up in February. I started the process to replace with Kia and that didn’t work so well, apparently my credit score had s I had a Kia and the lease was up in February. I started the process to replace with Kia and that didn’t work so well, apparently my credit score had slipped with a recent home mortgage modification. Kia indicated I could not qualify for a lease. I had past history with Colonial a number of years ago and with my recent experience with them I shouldn’t have ever left. From the start of the process with Colonial everything was positive, I learned it’s not just your credit score you need to look at the bigger picture and the sale’s folks did just that. They even took the Kia in trade and that alone covered my last month’s payment with Kia not to mention that uncomfortable meeting that would have been required on my part in early February when I would have returned the vehicle. Now I have a new lease on the 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. Special thanks should go to Frank Gordon and Sales Manager Michael Sparks. P.S.
