After searching the web we decided to drive from Windsor VT to Acton MA to look at a 2017 Land Cruiser that they were selling. It was a long drive but made worthwhile by the friendly, excellent employees. Kudos to Luke Ealey, Michael Giguere and Chelsie Alvarez. Chelsie was friendly and efficient during our search, and Luke made us feel valued, even though we weren't buying a Chevrolet. Michael made the (endless) paperwork part a relative breeze. The people are cordial, warm and friendly, with no intimidation or pressure tactics being used.
