The sales representative that assisted me in the process of buying my truck was an extremely honest man. He never tried to force me into something I couldn’t afford and they were very reasonable with the sale price. He told me what my options were, given my budget and I never felt forced into buying a truck over my budget. He was very intuitive and listened to my wants and needs. He gave me several options of different vehicles that I could finance within a reasonable budget. I ended up with the truck of my dreams and I’m so appreciative of all the help that was given to me by numerous employees at Colonial Chevy! I honestly had such a wonderful experience! Great Dealership I am a longtime customer at Colonial Chevrolet. I have always been treated great and this encounter was no exception. As I was facing a fairly costly I am a longtime customer at Colonial Chevrolet. I have always been treated great and this encounter was no exception. As I was facing a fairly costly repair to my current vehicle I decided to consider a new purchase. When I entered the showroom I was greeted by Reza. I told him upfront that the deal and vehicle had to be "just right" since I was on the fence. Reza asked relevant questions as to my needs and wants. He went out of his way to try to find the right fit for me. Despite his every effort, none of the available vehicles had everything I wanted or needed; even though the deals Reza offered were very tempting. I love my 2015 Malibu that Dave Fillmore sold me and so I decided to go ahead with repairs and hold of on purchasing for a while. Throughout the process Reza was courteous, friendly, and enthusiastic. I felt kind of bad that he was unable to make a sale; yet he was very gracious and accepting of my decision. I will naturally make my next purchase at Colonial. In the meantime I will entrust my vehicle to the care of the outstanding service team. More

After test driving a new Camaro here in my home town of Concord NH I was not overly impressed with their sales guy and gave Joe a call on what I was offered from Banks Chevrolet, after a few minutes he got back to me and matched the offer Banks gave me deal done! Very happy! More
