Actually 0 stars. Where do I begin. I called stating I was having my car towed asking if they had time to look at it. Turns out it got towed to the wrong place (which was AAA’s fault) but then I called to was having my car towed asking if they had time to look at it. Turns out it got towed to the wrong place (which was AAA’s fault) but then I called to ensure if there was still time to look at it if I got to it towed there. Sure enough it wasn’t looked at. The next day, same thing. I had to call multiple times to see if there was an update and I heard nothing, stating I’d get a call back. Finally it was looked at and a new starter was put in. But that clearly wasn’t the source of the problem because less than 1 week later, my car wouldn’t start again. This time I asked for a loner and was given a rental, which was fine. I was told I could come the following day to pick it up as they didn’t have anything. They also said the same person that looked at my car the first time would be there on Saturday to look at it. Sure enough, I called multiple times for an update and crickets. The response I received when I finally reached someone Monday afternoon was, “well we provided you with a rental.” While I am appreciative, that didn’t solve the problem. I was told it was going to be looked at and it wasn’t. Finally after another day of waiting, I was told it was the remote and it had to do with the connection because it “starts most of the time”. So I went with it and picked up the car. Sure enough that wasn’t the source of the problem! That was a poor excuse to get me to stop calling for an update, and get my car out of the lot. Instead I was out of state and my car wouldn’t start, again. Thankfully there was a dealership close by, they looked at it within a few hours and had the problem fixed the same day! In case you were wondering it was the break switch. Which is what they diagnosed within 5 minutes of seeing it. I’m not sure why it took them 5 minutes but you multiple days of having it and not looking at it. I’m so glad I wasted money on paying you guys the deductible for my warranty to not fix the problem. It’s a hard no for me to recommend your service department. Even walking in, the people just look at you and don’t great you. I’ve been in before for body work and it is the same thing in the service area that you walk by. No one is friendly. Adam did a great job answering the phone the many times I called but kept saying I’ll pass your message along and what’s your number. Either the message wasn’t being passed or the people didn’t care to call me that was getting it. He also knew my number yet answered like he had never spoken to me before. Christian is the only one that is pleasant that I dealt with. While he did not fix the problem, at least he communicated. More
