I had to have my car towed to colonial via Cadillac Roadside. The truck arrived within the time frame I was told. I spoke with Peter in Service. He called me a couple of hours later to give me an up Roadside. The truck arrived within the time frame I was told. I spoke with Peter in Service. He called me a couple of hours later to give me an update and asked if they could keep it until the next day just to make sure the car was good. He called me by 10:00 AM to tell me the car was ready. II saw Peter in Service when I went to pick it up he gave me a run down on the issue and I was out of there within10 minutes. I was very surprised and pleased at the service I received on this appointment. The first appointment I had at Colonial when I purchased the car was terrible. The collision center staff were quite helpful, and I got my car back much earlier than expected. Because of this, I didn’t need to get a rental car. More
