I tried to talk to Colonial about potentially repairing my 2012 Cadillac CTS but they said they don't work on older Cadillacs anymore. I reported that to Cadillac corporate offices, and was told that would my 2012 Cadillac CTS but they said they don't work on older Cadillacs anymore. I mase several inquiries via the Internet and I'm still waiting some 48 hours for a return call from the service manager. They were more than eager to try to sell me a new car. They just don't want to repair them. Watch out. More
I've bought 7 or 8 Cadillacs from you guys over the years using Dave Callahan who is terrific. I also use Denise in service who is wonderful and Peter before her. My only regret now is they did away with the Deville's I loved and now have done away with the XTS. I hate SUV'S and the smaller caddies are 4 cylinder and I'll never buy an electric car. I'm in a real quandary on what to buy that won't cost me an extra $20,000. I usually buy an executive used with about 15.000 miles and not sure what to do. More
