Buyer beware. By far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with in my adult car buying life. I was quoted a price by Laurie Ann. Sent over the pictures of my trade as requested. I had to follow up several times regarding the state of my trade in price, so I went down to the dealership and saw Dave Robinson who was also unresponsive on subsequent follow ups. Alex never provided me with any of the information that he said he would. He went back on his word regarding the agreed apron price saying it was a mistake. I was given the price both verbally and in email. They have since raised the price of the vehicle online. Once they realized they supposedly made a mistake they tried to offer me a different vehicle with higher mileage. Extremely dishonest business practices using bait and switch methods More
